The program is made up of 18 unique training sessions on the field and 12 gym workouts with video demonstration of every drill and exercise. The off-season is considered to be the best time to develop your overall athleticism, including strength, speed, power and endurance, which in turn will help you to improve your game on the pitch. Along with physical development it is vital to pay due attention to your technical skills - like shooting, ball mastery, 1st touch, different types of dribbling and etc. All these important parts of the game are covered in our Off-Season Program that was thoroughly designed to not only boost your performance, but also for you to be able to maintain it throughout the whole season.
